About this Event
Guess what!?! It’s time to sign up for January Science Saturday.
This Scratch-language coding event takes place on January 10 at IHMC, 15 SE Osceola Ave. Students in grades 3 and 4 are invited. This Science Saturday will be led by IHMC Senior Research Scientist, Dr. Ian Perera. Students will code fun games in Scratch. Beginners are absolutely welcome! Tickets are free! Registration is required.
Please register students who are in grades 3 and 4 at 9 am and students in grades 5, 6, and 7 at 11 am. Both sessions will be age appropriate, so please be sure to register for the correct time. Students in grade 7 may be provided with additional challenges.
The generosity of the season sponsors, Lockheed Martin, the Florida Blue Foundation, and Eleanor and Gary Simons, helps IHMC to offer Science Saturdays free of charge for all attendees.
If there are no tickets left, please click on JOIN WAITLIST and follow the instructions. It’s worthwhile to join the list, as we usually get a number of cancellations before each event. If you don’t get a ticket after joining the list, you can request priority registration for the next event. Any questions? Call the IHMC front desk at 850-202-4415.
Science and STEM are so fun! We hope you’ll join us.
