415pm: Scratch Challenge:
- Scratch of the month
- QNA with focus on the scratch- 80-85bpm
- Tempo Challenge- 70bpm-140bpm
- Head to Head, Kings Court- Varying BPMS
445: Juggle Challenge- 2-5 minutes each - Flex what ya got on the track of the month
5-15: Cool down/ QNA / Open Turns
RECOMENDED- Please bring your own gear if possible!!!
