Our very own Italian Chef will show you how to prepare the most delicious pasta you have ever tasted while sharing tips and tricks along the way! You’ll enjoy helping to prepare a menu full of authentic and delicious pasta courses using Chef John’s family recipes handed down through generations. We will do everything from making semolina pasta dough to rolling and cutting our pasta. Then we will pair our pasta with some delicious homemade sauces that you will learn how to prepare and an authentic Italian dessert! Best of all, you’ll get to eat what we make in class.The Menu:
