We are excited to offer this break down of a classic northern dish. We will start by cooking and breaking down live Maine lobsters. Each group of 4 will collectively cook two large lobsters. Then make a lemon dressing from homemade mayo. You will also learn a take on classic New-England style split-top buns made with brioche. Side salad of local greens and vegetables to complete the plates. Seasonal Ice Cream will be served at the end!
