Scouts BBQ & AGM
Join us for Scouts BBQ & AGM!Come down to Elm Court Youth & Community Centre for a fun-filled evening of delicious BBQ and our Annual General Meeting. It's a great opportunity to mingle with fellow Scouts, enjoy some tasty food, and participate in important discussions about our group's future. Don't miss out on this exciting event! We will play games with children and adults are welcome to join in; participate in our fundraising raffle and enjoy the evening with a licensed bar (cash and card accepted). All proceeds go towards our Hut Build.
If the weather is great, bring your picnic blankets and your chairs! If not, we will be inside:( It's always fun and a great family evening out to celebrate our year and look forward to another. Hear about ways you can get involved and meet other scouting and volunteering groups in our local community.
If you play the guitar, violin, sax or any transportable instrument, bring it along for an informal mash up of your favourite song!!
Everyone is welcome; bring your grandparents, aunties and unlces and invite your neighbours and friends.
