Golden Empire Council Summer Camps
Unit Reservations & Deposits
Priority will be on a first-come, first-served basis using the date of receipt in a Council office as the determining date. Do not delay – sessions fill quickly.

To reserve a spot for your unit at one of our GEC Resident Camps, please complete the 'linked' form and mail, scan, or phone in to the Camping Desk, at the Council Service Center, along with a $250 deposit payable to 'Golden Empire Council' by October 30, 2020. The $250
deposit is Non-Refundable. The deposit is applied to the unit’s total camp fees.
Payment Schedule:
- 11/2/20 - 25% of total registration
- 1/15/21 - 25% of total registration
- 2/15/21 - 25% of total registration
- 3/15/21 - Final Payment Due
Once your account has been paid in full the merit badge registration will open for your unit on April 13, 2021.
