About this Event
Welcome to the Scottish Public Sector Innovation Forum 2026!
This year the Oracle annual forum is kindly being hosted by Glasgow City Council, in their spectacular Glasgow City Chambers venue.
Join us for an engaging day of insight, collaboration and connection across Scottish Public Sector organisations. This free, in-person event brings together public sector professionals from across Scotland to share experiences, best practice and real-world innovation journeys.
This event offers a packed and engaging agenda, featuring speakers from Glasgow City Council, The City of Edinburgh Council, The Scottish Government and many more. Attendees will hear first-hand experiences, practical lessons learned and forward-looking perspectives from those actively delivering transformation at scale.
The forum will explore how technology and digital transformation are enabling change across Finance, HR and wider back-office and front-office operations. Through open panel discussion and peer networking, attendees will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from shared challenges, and gain practical insights into ERP transformation, AI and digital innovation within the public sector.
Our aim is to foster a strong and collaborative community, supporting meaningful connections and partnerships that help organisations progress their digital transformation journeys. The event is open to all Scottish Public Sector organisations with an interest in innovation and transformation.
