Westcoast is delighted to announce that we are hosting Scotlands Strongest Man U23 competition. It has been agreed that the winner of this competition will automatically get a place in SCOTLAND'S STRONGEST MAN FINAL in 2025!!
Events as follows :
Scottish U23 comp .
Event 1 : Viking press - 130kg for reps in 60s (Outward Facing Barbell Grip)
Event 2 : Max Kratos Bar Deadlift (Suits, Talc, Straps all allowed, event will also be Rising Bar). Starting weight 230kg
Event 3 : Sand Bags Over Bar 16-25kg (Bar height will be set at 4.1m)
Event 4 : 300kg yoke into 120 farmers (20m run each implement)
Event 5 : Stone run upto 100-160kg atlas stone & final stone is The Pollock (Natural) Stone at 165kg. Tacky allowed on all stones.
