From the files of Scotland Yard come these startling stage adaptations of infamous true-life nineteenth century crimes. During the course of this macabre performance, you'll encounter many nefarious individuals from late Victorian London, such as the infamous Whitechapel Murderer Henry Wainwright. He murdered his mistress in a particularly bloodthirsty manner, and hoped to escape justice. However, the dismembered corpse of Harriet Lane refused to stay hidden. You will also meet the Lambeth Poisoner Dr Thomas Neill Cream, the sadistic serial killer and possibly the dreaded Jack the Ripper also. His murder spree on both sides of the Atlantic made his name a byword for horror. Faithful to the source material but employing a theatrical flourish, expect to be entertained and horrified in equal measure in this one-man show written and performed by Jonathan Goodwin and directed by Gary Archer.
