� This sound bath meditation is aligned with the Scorpio New Moon where we will focus on setting intentions and planting seeds for the future.
�The symphony of sound begins with gentle Yin Yoga lead by Amanda Bracellos, then light breath work by Lindsey leading you into a guided meditation journey sound bath with a harmonious range of high-frequency instruments including, 432-hertz crystal alchemy bowls, ocean drum, 528-hertz crystal triangle and more.
�Invoking the ancient art of Reiki, those who are seated in the front will receive gentle hands-on touch, and others will receive reiki by distance to purify, balance and rejuvenate your energetic being.
�Through this journey you will experience deep transformation and self-discovery, leaving with a feeling of a renewed sense of inner peace, inspiration, and harmony in your personal energy field and the world around you.�

-a crystal to hold/charge during your sound bath (optional)
