Starting Time:
5K Run starts at 6:00 PM; 5K Walk will start one minute after the run.
Junior Scoop Shuffle begins @ 5:45 PM.
Location:
Downtown Flint YMCA - 411 E. 3rd Street, Flint, MI 48503 (Map It)
Course:
The course is 100% paved, start and finish near the Greater Flint YMCA.
Registration:
Early Registration ends on July 4th, 2024. Late registration and packet pick-up at Bauman’s Running & Walking Shop, 1473 W. Hill Rd. on Wednesday, July 10, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Race Day from 10:00 AM to 2:00PM.
Registration at the race site begins at 4:30 PM @ the YMCA.
$23 no-shirt/$33 w/shirt on race day.
Late Registration ends 15 minutes before the race start.
Riverbend Strider Members may deduct $2.00 from pre-registration fee. USE PROMO CODE STRIDER24
Facilities:
Restrooms and showers. Lockers are available, please bring own lock and towel.
Awards:
Awards to Overall and Masters Male and Female; at least top three in each Run & Walk division.
Sorry, but we cannot guarantee shirts on race day to late registrants.
Post race amenities.
Prizes:
Overall Male & Female for both Runners and Walkers will receive a free entry with shirt for a future Riverbend Strider race of your choosing good for up to 1 year.
