The Scone Wars, The Rise of Sconewalker!Round 3 this is…………
After their recent close defeat on the planet of Happy Piranha in the Cornwall system, the evil cream first empire are now having to defend their home planet of Kirton Games in Crediton, Devon system, against the Jam First Rebels !! Who will win?? Only you can help decide whether it should be Jam or Cream first on scones (you don’t need to be from Devon or Cornwall)!!
Scone Wars is a 1 day team event (20 players in 2 teams of 10) held at Kirton Games ,Crediton, r Exeter, Devon on the 5th April 2025.
When you sign up you pick a Jam First or Cream First ticket, which decides which team you will be playing for, follow this link for tickets (lunch included ).

Each round, members from each team will be pitted against each other (Swiss Style so winners from Cream first will play winners from Jam first etc, first round is random draw).
3 Tournament Points go to your team for winning, 1 for a draw (no intentional draws) and 0 for a loss.
Each game is decided by Victory Points (VP) followed by K*ll Points, this will also be individually collected by each player to decide overall rankings for end of day prize support.
Each trooper unit also gets the Flip Scone action. Near to the middle of the board will be a 3D printed scone, if this is “flipped” during the game, it will score 1 extra VP to either the Jam or Cream side depending which way up it is at the end of the game.
Event Timings are:
Registration 09:30 – 10:00
Round 1 10:00 -12:30
Lunch 12:30 – 13:00
Round 2 13:00 – 15:30
Break 15:30 – 16:00
Round 3 16:00 – 18:30
Prize Giving 18:45
Prize support will be announced as we get closer to the event but there will be a trophy awarded to the winning team (this will either be on display at Happy Piranha or Kirton Games depending on who won, and a plaque added with the winning side and date, it will be fought over again in the 4th Round of scone wars).
Every participant will get half a scone at the end either Jam or cream fist depending on the winner.
