Join us at for the first edition of 𝔰𝔠𝔦𝔰𝔰𝔬𝔯 𝔰𝔦𝔰𝔱𝔢𝔯𝔰 𝔠𝔦𝔫𝔢𝔪𝔞 𝔠𝔩𝔲𝔟 with a screening of So Close (2002)! Girls, Guns and Kungfu —starring Shu Qi, Zhao Wei, and Karen Mok, bringing all the badass energy with high kicks and pistol shots. Seriously, how could we resist?
Short Synopsis: So Close follows Lynn (Shu Qi), a fearless assassin and hacker, and her shy but brilliant sister Sue, who manages their missions behind the scenes. Tensions rise when Sue feels underestimated, sparking a rivalry only sisterhood can survive. When a relentless detective, Hong (Karen Mok), is hot on their trail, all three are forced into an unlikely alliance against a shared enemy.
