Come along for a day packed with exciting experiments, mind-blowing demonstrations, and animal encounters.

10.15am – Museum Foyer | Free
Exploration Station – Ever wondered how many people could fit inside a megalodon's mouth? Find out at the Exploration Station, where our staff will be running fun, hands-on explorations.
11am – Tūhura Tropical Forest | Included with admission to Science Centre
First Flight – Watch our newly hatched butterflies get released into the forest for their very first flight.
2pm – Tūhura Science Centre | Included with admission to Science Centre
Tūhura Science Show: Highlights Edition – Check out our greatest science show hits, including exploding balloons, giant nitrogen clouds, flaming bubbles... even the legendary dragon's breath demonstration!
10.15am – 2.30pm, Saturdays 13 September – 13 December
