About Kinsey:
Kinsey O’Leary is a Sound Healer, Reiki Master Practitioner, Certified Crystal Healer, and Registered Yoga Instructor. She began her healing and meditation journey at age 18 while studying biochemistry and cell biology at UC San Diego. She specialized in biomarker and bioactive molecule analysis in her early career and has transitioned to teaching a variety of alternative healing modalities.
Kinsey connects ancient healing technologies including sound healing, energetic medicine and visualization to functional health and healing to create a holistic healing experience. Her sound bath experiences are used to tune the brain into alpha and theta brainwave states to deepen meditation, reduce stress and anxiety, and create an internal state for healing and regeneration throughout the body.
