This 3-night program provides an in-depth and detailed study of physics, physiology, decompression theory, the aquatic environment, and diving equipment.March 7th - 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM MST will be the first night. Other nights will be arranged by all participants the first night of class.
This class is ideal for any diver interested in a deep understanding of the science of our incredible sport. It is required training for most SSI Dive Professional programs, as well as some Extended Range programs.
You will earn the SSI Science of Diving Specialty certification after completing this program. This certification can be used as one of the 4 specialties needed to earn the SSI Advanced Open Water Certification.
