Dates: March 21 - 25. Camp runs 8:30am – 4pm with drop-off between 7:30am and 8:30am and pick-up between 4pm and 5pm
Location : Camp will be held on CNM’s Main Campus and will mainly take place in the Educational Collaborative (EC) Building, although we will visit other campus locations.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up: Camp activities run from 8:30am – 4pm, but you can drop off your child between 7:30am and 8:30am and pick up your child between 4pm and 5pm. During the drop-off and pick-up periods we will have games and other activities available for campers to work on independently or in small groups. Adults will be asked to show a photo ID at pickup. We will not release a child to anyone not listed on the child’s pickup list.
Drop-off and pick-up will take place at the main entrance of the Educational Collaborative (EC) Building on CNM’s Main Campus.
COVID-19 Safety Protocols: We will be following CNM’s Campus Safety Protocols during spring break camp. All camp participants and staff must wear a mask covering their nose and mouth. All participants must complete a health assessment at drop-off. If your child is feeling sick or exhibiting any symptoms, even if you think it's not COVID-19, keep them home. If your child begins to exhibit symptoms while at camp, we will call you to come and pick them up.
What to Bring?
- Mask
- Lunch (that doesn't require refrigeration or reheating)
- Snacks
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen and/or hat for outside time
- Layers (we’ll be inside and outside)
Cell phones are permitted but must be used during appropriate times and should remain off or on silent during camp activities. When your student is participating in activities, they will not be able to answer their phones.
We recommend leaving valuable items at home. CNM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds can be requested through Eventbrite up to one week before the start of camp (March 14th). Eventbrite service fees are non-refundable. Camp registrations cancelled less than one week before the start of a camp will not be refunded.
Registration Closes: Thursday, March 17th at noon
Depending on enrollment, there may be multiple sections of spring break camp. If your child wishes to be in the same section as a friend/relative who has also registered for camp, please email us at [email protected] by March 17th at noon and we will try to accommodate your request.
