Attention citizens of earth and the greater Philadelphia region, join us as we embark on our second annual Sci-Phi Film Festival taking place March 28th through March 30th. From time traveling cyborgs to invaders from another planet, our mission is to showcase some of the most exceptional science fiction films of all time over the course of 3 days. Friday night will continue with the '90s cult classic EVENT HORIZON. Set in the year 2047, the starship “Event Horizon” has been missing for several years. After its mysterious reappearance, a rescue crew is sent to retrieve it, unaware that the spacecraft has brought something back with it. EVENT HORIZON has been one of the most requested films for our Sci-Phi Film Festival, and we’re finally delivering it! Starring Laurence Fishburne, Joely Richardson, Kathleen Quinlan, and Sam Neill in a memorably devilish performance.
