Pianist Sarah Hagen returns to Comox United on Tuesday morning, November 26 at 10:30 am with stunning music of Schubert, Shostakovich and Chaminade. The programme features Schubert’s heartbreakingly beautiful Sonata in B-flat major, a timeless, profound, and transformative work. The morning will also include poetic and lyrical music by Cécile Chaminade, a French composer wildly popular in the early 20th century, and now largely forgotten.
