Class Experience
Our kids out of school hands-on cooking class is an exciting culinary adventure for young chefs! In this session, students will learn to create three classic dishes - beef bourguignon, potatoes au gratin, and apple pie. Under the guidance of experienced chefs, children will discover the art of preparing these delicious meals from scratch. From searing the beef to simmering it in a rich sauce, students will master the techniques behind this French delicacy. They will also learn to make creamy, cheesy potatoes au gratin and a flaky, golden apple pie with a buttery crust. This interactive cooking class promises to ignite a passion for cooking in our young learners while teaching them valuable skills that will last a lifetime.
Class will be from 1:30pm-5:00pm
(Optional) Extended Day 6:00 pm $10/day
