About this Event
The GAC School of Ballet’s Spring Recital, "Symbols," beautifully merges the worlds of graphic art and dance to bring to life powerful symbols of Christ.
“Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads,” Deuteronomy 6:8, is a call to use visual reminders of God in our life.
Each dance performance is paired with a striking visual representation, creating a dynamic fusion of movement and imagery that highlights the deep significance of symbols such as the cross, the lamb, the rainbow, and more. Through this innovative combination of visual art and dance, the recital invites the audience to experience Christ’s life and teachings in a profound and multidimensional way. With grace and artistry, "Symbols" offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the beauty and meaning behind each symbol through the expressive language of dance.
