1-2pm Crow Pose workshop open to everyone!2-2:30pm: Crow Pose After Party - Teachers in Training only!!
Crow, aka Bakasana, is your gateway to all the other arm balances and inversions. When Crow Pose is called out in class do you often feel stuck on the ground looking back to check to see if you are wearing cement shoes? You know that feeling of sitting so close to the pose, prepped and looking fully ready to fly, yet nothing happens.
We will explore your obstacles and learn how to work past them. You will prepare your body for these balances w/ a short flow designed to open and bring awareness to what you work to fly, as the prep work is KEY to success.
We will break it down & tap into the trifecta of learning how to use your strength, balance and surrender together to find your wings. Goal of the class: have fearless fun, no expectations, & discover new things!
Poses we will explore: Crow, Side Crow and its Variations, Baby Crow (Great for wrist issues! Sounds sweet, however, just like real babies, looks can be deceiving). Tiptoe to your new edge. Trade in your cement shoes for WINGS!
