School Lunch Rocks Food Service Training (August Session)

Local school food service staff can learn how to better serve their students through School Lunch Rocks. The August 2 program covers production records, recipes for school cafeterias, and recipe and idea sharing. Staff can earn up to four hours of USDA Professional Standards credit as they learn best practices for food service and meal planning during training opportunities.
