ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
ABBIE MITCHELL is an environmental educator specialising in curriculum-aligned content for children about Australian biodiversity. Abbie also creates environmental programs for the Jane Goodall Institute Australia, such as ReWild Your School, a national 10-week program empowering children to take custodianship for local species.
Abbie is the author of two scientific books for children, A Hollow is Home (CSIRO) and Planet for Life (Jane Goodall Institute Australia) and is currently working on her third book about pollinators (CSIRO).
