With watercolour palette and brush in hand, capture the beauty of Ngarra Ngurang, the new Aboriginal Garden at Hawkesbury Regional Museum.
About this Event

Join a Hawkesbury Regional Gallery artist/educator in this special event in the Museum’s new Aboriginal Garden Ngarra Ngurang/Place of Learning. With watercolour palette and brush in hand, you will explore and capture the beauty of the Australian native plants in the grounds of the Museum. This workshop is suitable for kids aged 5 - 12 years.

Please note children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during this event. You do not need to purchase a ticket for adults accompanying children.

PARKING:

Available at Baker Street Car Park and Kable Street Car Park - free, time limits apply. Untimed parking avaialble on nearby streets including The Terrace.


Terms and conditions:

· An acompanying adult must be onsite during the workshop. All participants must be signed in by a guardian at the beginning of the workshop and signed out at the end of the workshop.

· Do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell.

· SMILE! Your attendance at events supported by Hawkesbury City Council may be digitally recorded through photographs. Images may be used for promotional purposes on Council's websites, publications, social media or by newspapers.By attending this session you agree to these terms. If you do not wish your image (or the image of your child) to be published, please notify staff before the event.

· If you are unable to attend, please cancel your tickets as soon as possible. This will enable others to participate in the programme.

Cancellation/refund polices:

· To receive a full refund (minus an admin fee), please cancel your ticket or notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. If less notice is given, a refund will not be issued.

· Refunds will not be given if participants change their mind, or simply forget to attend the event. For exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the Gallery & Museum Coordinator.

· A refund can take up to 7 working days to process after the event date (due to bank transfer times). Cash payment refunds can take up to 6 weeks to process.
