Schlachtfest is a festival of a centuries old Donauschwaben tradition that also comes from many villages in Germany. It is a celebration of the successful raising of livestock, especially the Pig. The feast is the main event made from pork and is celebrated with many families together. Traditional dishes include various sausages, schnitzel, bratwurst, roast pork to name a few. Today it is a club event hosted by our club and on this day we celebrate pork dishes. Tickets are NOW on sale until Friday Nov 14th 5pm. Call our club office for tickets.
