Please join us for our first Schlachtfest 2025 (Pig Roast) of the season on Saturday, March 29th. Entrance fee is $5 for members and $8 for non-members.

Option 1: Everything which includes pork loin, kassler (smoked pork chops), pigs knuckle, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and gravy. Wurstsuppe, and jello for dessert.

Wurstsalat is a salad made with different colds (possibly ham, Leberkäse,etz) plus cheese and onions in an oil and vinegar dressing. Served with bread and butter.
The dinner can be ordered for take out, pick up after 6:30pm.
Full bar available. Event is Cash only.
Schlachtfest features a selection of meats and wursts, along with mashed potatoes, and sauerkraut.
Doors open at 5:00 pm, dinner 6 pm, music from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM by Joe Kroboth.
Business casual dress, no blue jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers please.
