๐ค SCF will be working closely with the Community Warden, Care Providers, local medical practices, churches, Chichester District Council, Parish Councils, and Adult Services. Plus, their looking forward to hosting guest speakers on important topics like Scam Awareness, Dementia Friend Sessions, and Financial Planning for Care Costs.
