Scents and Sensory

Tantalize and tease your senses as you fully immerse yourself in a one-of-a-kind blending class to create your personal bourbon blend. This fully interactive event, led by national expert Wendy Peveich from Penelope Bourbon, is desired to give you the opportunity to explore, deconstruct and reconstruct several different bourbons using your sense of smell, sight, taste and feel in the creation of your blend. Following the blending experience, enjoy a specialty cocktail, lunch and great conversation. Join us for this magical afternoon of creation and discovery.

Note: Vegetarian and Gluten Free Diets can be accommodated.

Participants will enjoy several tastings as they immerse themselves in learning the art of blending. Lots of participation and fun. And of course there will be door prizes and swag.
