About this Event
What it covers: Scenario Planning is a proven framework for effectively navigating constant change and uncertainty. It’s not about forecasting or predicting the future; it’s about identifying the three or four ways the world could look in the future, exploring how each scenario could play out, and asking “are we prepared to handle each situation?” In this session, participants will pinpoint possibilities and alternatives that they can turn into short-term strategies and operational plans that align with their long-term strategic visions, and they will learn Scenario Planning tools they can bring back to their organization for continued alignment and planning.
Intended Audience: Organizations' strategy leaders
