From September 7th – December 14th, I’m bringing Sacred Sundays to Mount Pleasant Community Centre - a gentle, soul-nourishing way to start your week.
when: 8:45–9:45am → Slow flow meets sound — think mellow, mindful movement to shake off the week, melting into a blissful savasana with the soothing hum of crystal singing bowls.
close your eyes and think: you roll out of bed, wander down for an hour to collect yourself and find your centre as your shake out the dust… then head to the café below for a coffee and a chat. slow, lovely and blissful- like a warm hug to kick off a cruisey Sunday morning ☕🫶
*The only Sunday we skip is November 9th (special event coming 👀).
💛 First class special: $10 to try it out (Sept 7th class only)
🌿 Early bird: 10-class pass $150 (until Sept 14th) you’ll get a sweet little punch card to keep track. The 10 classes can be used to book in any sunday until December 14th.
✨After early bird ends: $18 drop in or $165 for 10 class pass
