A scarecrow trail winds through the Children’s Garden and is viewed by over 50,000 visitors. Youth groups are welcome to participate in the 15th annual Scarecrows in the Park competition at no charge. Register your youth group/school group (18 and under) - for FREE! We will partner you with a sponsor and provide $50 for building materials and supplies.All entries must consist of a single scarecrow attached securely to a pole/post or pallet. Design and display your crazy, funny, unusual, silly, scary, or strange scarecrow and show your support of Lakes Park!
