Don't forget that Toms River Fire Co. No. 1 hosts one of the largest Halloween Parades in the WORLD, where your scarecrow can meet THOUSANDS of other scarecrows, ghouls, goblins and more! ;)
Cast your vote in person at the ballot boxes located in the BID office, as well as the Ocean County Library on Washington St.
