Come join us for a transformative group therapeutic workshop where you can safely explore and begin to heal from emotional wounds. Facilitator will guide you through psychoeducation, healing exercises, and supportive discussions to help you navigate your journey towards emotional well-being. This is a 2-Part Series (Saturday 3/8 & Saturday 3/15) that provides fully immersive experience designed to provide a safe space for women to learn ways to identify the mental, emotional, physical SCARS and reclaim them as representations of healing! Delivered from a psychoeducational-therapeutic coaching perspective. Only $25 per workshop!
