Anne Lackey - Co-Founder & CEO, HireSmart Virtual Employees | HireSmart Cares
Anne Lackey is a seasoned entrepreneur, author, and staffing strategist with a passion for building strong businesses and stronger communities. She co-founded HireSmart Virtual Employees with her husband, Mark, to provide U.S.-based companies with a smart, cost-effective way to scale without sacrificing quality.
Her leadership extends beyond business operations. As the Co-founder of HireSmart Cares, Anne channels the company’s success into meaningful social impact, supporting hundreds of students with scholarships, educational programs, and leadership training. For over 18 years, she ran a successful property management firm and scaled to 250 doors with 1 full time employee & 1 virtual employee and working about 10 hours/week in that business. With more than 20 years of experience and seven companies under her belt, Anne has become a trusted voice in business efficiency, remote team building, and philanthropic leadership. She is a best-selling author, Forbes Business Council contributor, and frequent speaker on scaling companies through smart staffing models.
