Chelsea has 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry and joined Scale in 2018 from private wealth management firm JBWere. Prior to this she had a six year stint in London working across equity sales and botique wealth management businesses.

She specialises in founder-investor relationships, deal origination and transactions.

Roo and the team, Samar McHeileh and Chelsea Newell, acquired Scale Investors through a management buyout in early 2023. They have since been joined by Solai Valliappan, who is Sydney based.
