This is the first of a series of sacred gatherings set to unfold in beautiful Noosa at Quantum Healing Noosa, with more locations across Australia and beyond in 2026 and beyond. So much gratitude to Tim and Tanya who have opened the centre for us to retreat for the day, rejuve and connect deeply, while journeying with sound, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), rest, sharing/journaling and gentle movement.

The Heart of the Vision Quest Experience
Traditionally, vision quests have been solo journeys into nature, but our mini quest combines the sacred with the communal, amplifying our experiences through sound healing and the zero point field of the EES.Integration Activities: We will engage in sharing, journaling, silence, and mindful movement. You’ll have the opportunity to explore pranayama (breathing practices) and both silent and guided meditations. Light language and energy balancing will be available for those who seek it. Water fasting is encouraged, but please feel free to bring snacks if you have specific dietary needs.
