45 minutes of bathing in crystal sound healing bowl vibrations and the EEsystem
10 minutes of integration
Leanna will guide you through intention setting + breath and then you will be bathed in a dreamy soundscape of healing tones with the intention of nourishing you at the cellular, energetic, emotional, spiritual and physical levels.
You are encouraged to drift off and allow yourself to revel in a sense of being-ness, doing nothing but receiving.
Finish with tea in our comfy lounge area.
The EEsystem “Scalar” room provides a unique environment for the body to heal itself within.
