A big milestone for Estonia’s coffee community - we’re launching the first official SCA Introduction to Coffee course!This 6-hour training covers the full coffee journey - from farm to cup - and explains what truly influences coffee’s flavor and quality.
You’ll participate in multiple cuppings, comparing Arabica vs. Robusta, specialty vs. commercial coffee, washed vs. natural, light vs. dark roasts. We’ll also practice coffee flavor assessment to help develop the sensory skills.
This course is ideal for curious coffee lovers and for those who are just stepping into the world of specialty coffee.
Upon completion of the course, you can take the exam to get the international SCA certificate.
