Friday 20th September I have the first of my 'winter' sessions, a pole only plan at Crofton Manor in the Indoor arena.These will be purely flat poles and designed to help winter fitness, strength, suppleness and overall way of going.
Groups will be of 3 (45mins) or 4 (1hr) £30pp
All levels welcome.
Sessions planned to run 2-6.30pm ish
