Get ready for the SBK 2025 Bike Pageant! Come hang out in the Aeronaut courtyard, drink beer, and check out really cool bikes. Enter your own to win a prize!
Pre-register your bike in the "tickets" link. You do not need tickets for the event.
Prizes to be awarded in some of the following categories:
● Cargo/Utility
● Prettiest Paint
● 3-Speed/Internally Geared
● Road/Touring
● Tandem
● Vintage
● Commuter
● Parts Bin Build (fish it out of the Charles? SBK parts?)
● Small Wheels Club (at least one wheel less than 26"
● Single Speed
● Delightfully Weird (Bikes as art, tall bikes, etc)
PLUS a People's Choice and Favorite Staff bike!
Schedule (subject to flexibility)
1pm - 2pm : Day of registration for bikes
2pm- 3pm - Voting
3 - 3:30pm - Vote counting AND awards announced
3:30pm -4:00pm - Ceremonial Procession
4-4:30pm - Pics!
4:30-5 pm Cleanup/Hanging Out
RAIN DATE: If the weather does not cooperate, the Bike Pageant will still be held the same day, but inside at the Somerville Bike Kitchen vs the outdoor courtyard at Aeronaut. The above schedule is rough, but may your bike rides be smooth.
