Silent Book Club Roanoke is partnering with YogaSix to bring a bookish class to the Valley in January. This beginner friendly gentle class, will be taught in an 85° room, and will move the body through some reading-friendly poses in the first hour. In the second hour, readers can recline with their book of choice comfortably in the warm room on a number of bolsters and blocks to put what they learned to use in a meetup-flavored atmosphere with cozy lighting.
YogaSix has been kind enough to give us a discount off their drop-in rate so be sure to use Silent10 to take the class fee from $28 to $18. Space is limited to 20 yogis so be sure to sign up fast!
