SB Westie Wednesdays - West Coast Swing dance night!

We’re returning to our original (indoor) SB Westie Wednesdays — with some exciting changes! Please read this full post for all the important details.
First, we have MOVED LOCATIONS to Momentum Dance Complex! Located at 12 E Figueroa Street (just 2 blocks south of our previous location), our new location has air conditioning, an adjoining parking lot, and three different studio rooms for our Westie Wednesdays dance nights! **Please enter through the back door off the adjoining parking lot.**
Thanks to the move, we can now expand our class offerings! Instead of one combined class, we’ll be starting off the night with TWO West Coast Swing classes. Our Level 1 class, taught by the awesome Leigh Martin and Kaylee Kryzer, will provide solid WCS fundamentals and must-know patterns. The Level 2 class, taught by our founders Bryan Gin and Kristen Rhodes, will continue students’ growth with more complex patterns and technique.
In order to join Level 2, we expect that you know and are comfortable with the following patterns. We will be teaching all of these patterns in Level 1!

-Rolling Side Pass
-Underarm Turn
-Sugar Tuck
-Whip
-Closed Position/Starter Step
(If you attended our previous class format for at least few months, you’re probably ready for Level 2!)
After our classes, we’ll have an hour of social dancing and then head to our original afterparty spot, Night Lizard Brewery, for more dancing and hangout time until they close!
The schedule will be as follows:
7-8PM Level 1/Level 2 Classes
8-9PM Social Dancing at Momentum
9PM+ More Social Dancing at Night Lizard Brewery, 607 State Street!
Cost for SB Westie Wednesdays is $10 for Lesson & Social (cash or Venmo), with no cover for the Night Lizard afterparty.
