FEES:
Dressage Classes: $40.00 per class
Combined Test: $90.00/Division
Same Horse/Same Rider Two Consecutive Divisions: $150.00
Stabling: $35.00 per stall. From Friday pm through Saturday 7:30 pm. Stalls must be stripped before leaving the venue.
Tack Stalls: $35.00 per night
Change Fee: $25.00 after Close Date and at the discretion of the Secretary. No charge for changes prior to April 22th. Must be emailed to Secretary: Heather Quinlan - [email protected]
Late Fee: Entries after close date of April 22 will be accommodated as schedule allows.
Late Fee: $35.00 in addition to Entry Fee
Incomplete Entries on Close Date (April 22) will be considered Late and will be assessed the Late Fee.
REFUNDS: Before Closing Date, less $25 office fee. After Closing Date, no refund.
COGGINS: Must have valid proof of a negative Coggins test within 12 months of the competition date and must be uploaded with entry.
**RIDE TIMES AND STABLE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE POSTED ON STARTBOX NO LATER THAN May 6th**
Kelly Fleckinstein Memorial Award: Awarded to the competitor who demonstrates outstanding sportsmanship. Given in memory of Kelly Fleckinstein, long time Sayre School Secretary and Sayre Horse Show volunteer.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
Friday May 9: 5:00 Stadium Course open for inspection for walking
Saturday May 10: Dressage - Begins 8:00 am
Stadium Jumping - Begins 9:30 am
NOTES:
• APPROVED MEDICAL ARMBAND/BRACELETS REQUIRED FOR JUMPING
• ASTM/SEI Approved Helmets required when mounted.
• Ribbons 1 – 6 place. Great prizes. TIP Awards!
