Come and learn how easy it is to make simple, delicious and versatile cheeses you can use every day. We are offering a lecture/demonstration class including cream, yogurt, farmers and mozzarella cheeses, and more with samples to keep you inspired. Flavoring a simple cheese or butter can turn a meal or snack plate into something even more special. We will discuss some sources and suppliers. We will also discuss and include some non-dairy cheese information.
