About this Event
The Southwestern Union invites all Children’s Ministries leaders to attend its 10th Annual Children’s Ministries Training Retreat.
“SAY YES TO JESUS,” is a retreat for Children’s Ministries Leaders and will be held at Lone Star Camp in Athens, Texas on March 13-15, 2026.
The cost is per person and covers accommodation of 2 nights and 5 meals.
REMEMBER: NO CHILDREN UNDER 14 ALLOWED. There will be no accommodations or childcare provided for children.
WHAT TO BRING: Please remember that this is a camp, so please bring your bedding and towels and all your personal care items with you. OPTIONAL: Saturday night attire for formal dinner.
IMPORTANT: We kindly ask your support in creating a banner that represents your church children’s ministries. Be creative! Banner maximum size 2′ x 4′.
TAKE NOTE: Only participants that register on or before February 20, 2026 will get the VBS t-shirt.
The camp will be ready for your arrival at 3:00 pm on Friday!

QUE TRAER: Recuerde esto es un campamento, por favor traiga ropa de cama (sábanas y cobijas), toallas y los artículos personales que vaya a necesitar. OPCIONAL: Sábado de noche vestimenta formal.
IMPORTANTE: Le pedimos amablemente crear un banderin que represente el ministerio infantil en su iglesia. ¡Sea creativa! Medida maxima del banderin es de 2x 4 pies.
