Like peanut butter and jelly, or popcorn and a movie, some things are just better together. A fixture of the holiday entertaining season, wine and cheese, is another enduring pair. Join us for this interactive (and tasty) session that includes tips on how to pair fine wine and exquisite cheeses.
WORKSHOP LEADER
Medford Leas Medical Director, Dr. James D’Amico, will guide attendees through proper tasting and pairing techniques. Fee includes wine samples, cheese selections, and a take-home keepsake. Members of the supremely talented Dining Services team will provide cheeses and other charcuterie staples for tasting along with a selection of fine wines.
