Astronaut Ripley, who survived an alien attack years ago, returns to the scene of the horror with a platoon of the US Army to finish off the murderous spawn once and for all. On site, the well-armed elite warriors encounter an enemy that is far superior to them both in numbers and "morally". A devastating massacre ensues, culminating in a woman-on-woman duel between Ripley and the mother of all aliens.
As the head of an elite unit, Officer Ripley returns to planet LV 426, where the alien danger threatens to arise anew.

Astronautin Ripley, die vor Jahren die Attacke eines Aliens überlebte, kehrt mit einem Platoon der US-Army zurück an die Stätte des Schreckens, um der mörderischen Brut ein für allemal den Garaus zu machen. Vor Ort stoßen die gut gerüsteten Elitekrieger auf einen Feind, der ihnen sowohl zahlenmäßig als auch "moralisch" bei weitem überlegen ist. Es kommt zu einem vernichtenden Massaker, das in einem Frau-gegen-Frau-Duell zwischen Ripley und der Mutter aller Aliens gipfelt.
Als Chefin einer Eliteeinheit kehrt Officer Ripley zum Planeten LV 426 zurück, auf dem die Alien-Gefahr aufs Neue zu entstehen droht.
