On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, the Legacy Room at Arts in the Sunset will transform into a warm, elegant gathering space where food, storytelling, and community come together. The evening begins with an exclusive VIP Conversation with Lidia Bastianich, featuring a moderated discussion and audience Q&A with the beloved PBS chef and television personality.
Following the VIP event, doors open to general admission at 6:15 PM, with a seated dinner and program to follow. The multi-course menu will be inspired by Lidia’s own celebrated recipes, prepared in collaboration with Chef Marcus Snead of Toscana, one of Amarillo’s premier Italian restaurants. From rustic Italian classics to refined seasonal pairings, each dish will reflect the warmth and authenticity Lidia is known for.
