Hotels offer an introduction to new neighbourhoods and this Sunday stroll offers an introduction to seven of the city’s swankiest hotels.

The walk starts at Lime Street Station and finishes at James Street Station, between which stand a superb selection of historic buildings that have been converted to hotel use and now provide a welcome int he city for thousands of visitors each year.

Andrew Jackson (architectural historian and Vice Chair of Merseyside Civic Society)will take a look at the past lives of the hotel buildings enroute.

Please meet 15 minutes before the tour is due to start by the Ken Dodd Statue inside Liverpool Lime Street Station. The tour will end at the James Street Station.
